We respect your privacy. Order details (name, phone, address) are shared only with the relevant shop to fulfill your order, and never used for any other marketing purpose.
Contact details shop owners provide (WhatsApp, phone, address) are shown publicly on their store page to make it easy for buyers to reach them.
When a shop owner connects their Instagram account (through Meta's official Instagram API), we read only their username and the posts (photos and captions) they choose to import as products in their shop. We never post to their account and never see their password. The access token is stored encrypted on our servers, used only to show their posts when they ask, and never shared.
Data deletion: in the seller dashboard → “Import from Instagram” → “Disconnect”, the access token and connected-account data are deleted immediately. You can also remove the app in Instagram settings (Apps and websites), or ask us through the contact page. Products you created stay in your shop until you delete them.
